Terms of service

Things the artist will draw / not draw :✔ original characters, fanart, ecchi, ships, kemonomimi, humanoid characters, Ask for NSFW.
✘ Furries, Mecha, hardcore NSFW, heavy gore, old/overmuscular characters (like hulk or Baki)PaymentPayment only in EUR. Payment either upfront or half upfront / half after sketch. The client can request other solutions too, but the artist has the right to decline.GeneralThe artist had the right to turn down the client's commission.
Additional fees will be charged depending on the complexity.
The artist has the right to use the commission to market the artist's art and upload it to the artist's platforms. If the client's character is confidential let the artist know to include an additional fee.
If the commission is done via Vgen the client pays extra vgen fees that the artist gets the right amount from the commission.
Artist does not condone the editing of their artwork after it has been completed and delivered. This includes but is not limited to; Warping/Manipulating Live2D art to create "new" assets, using the delivered art for AI image generation, drawing-over and re-uploading, or mis-crediting my art. I consider the alteration of an artist's work to be disrespectful, and potentially misleading as the edit may falsely represent the skill/quality of the original artist and damage client perception. For Live2D models getting new outfits done on top of the artists base by another artist can be discussed.RevisionsThe artist will allow revisions on each step through discord or email. (sketch ect.) Major changes after sketch cost.
If the client fails to respond to a revision in 7 days, the artist will continue as previously discussed and no further changes will be made.
If there is no communication for 2.5 weeks since the artist has first reached out to the client, the commission will be considered completed as it is and the artist will send the client the unfinished file.
The commission can be put on hold for a maximum of 2 weeks per request. The artist will reach out after the given time and if the client fails to respond in 7 days, the commission will be considered completed as it is and the artist will send you the unfinished file.UseCommercial rights on commissions must include credit to the artist.
Merchandise rights must be included at the time of purchase at 100% of the total pricing.
Merchandise rights can be purchased at a later time for 120% if the total pricing.
Credit is always mandatory.Refunds, Rush Fees, and Delivery DatesRefunds are not allowed.
Rush fee 30-200% depending on the deadline. Delivery time will be stated on the commission.Artist is not responsible of the actions of the clients.If you agree to the Terms Of Service you may proceed.

Cheriy cares so much abt getting all the details correct and she redid the comm a few times because she felt it wasn't her best or she could make it look nicer which she 100% did not have to do and I feel like that shows how much she cares about doing a good job for her clients.
